The Austrian Australian Business Council (AABC) was proud to take part in a business roundtable on 19 March, hosted by the Australian Embassy in collaboration with the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber | ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA. The event highlighted the successes of Austrian companies in Australia and explored opportunities for deeper economic engagement between our two nations.

Ambassador Ian Biggs chaired the session, with expert insights from Austrade, ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Australia, and Trade and Investment Queensland. These presentations emphasized Australia’s strong economic credentials, strategic advantages, and the importance of diversification into the Indo-Pacific market.

The AABC also shared how we support Austrian and Australian businesses through networking, resources, and collaboration.
