The Austrian Australian Business Council (AABC) proudly hosted its official launch at the Australian Ambassador’s residence in Vienna, bringing together esteemed guests, vibrant discussions, and a shared vision for collaboration.
The evening began with a heartfelt opening speech by Ambassador Ian Biggs, Patron of the AABC, who emphasized the importance of strengthening the ties between Austria and Australia.
AABC Chair Gabrielle Costigan and Co-chair Travis Pittman shared exciting plans for the future of the Council, outlining impactful projects and partnerships to come.
Sabine Pittrof, Chair of the German Australian Business Council e.V., joined as the guest speaker. Her insightful overview of the Australian Business in Europe (ABIE) network highlighted the immense potential for collaboration and shared opportunities within the region.
The evening was filled with inspiring conversations and new connections across diverse industries—a truly memorable kick-off event to chart the Council’s path forward.
